In 2018 Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have agreed to create a pan-Baltic capital market to strengthen their economies, stimulate investment and create jobs with the support of the European Commission and the EBRD. We will discuss what has been achieved, what are the future plans and lessons learned in implementing this crucial regional co-operation initiative.
