The Civil Society Programme provides an opportunity for high-level dialogue between civil-society stakeholders and EBRD representatives. The programme will feature, among other things, a meeting between EBRD Board Directors and civil society organisations (CSOs), a meeting between the EBRD President and CSO representatives, a high-level open panel and a CSO-led panel.
